SPI Software, a re-startup
with 25 years of existence !
SPI Software was founded in 1992 in Rodez, Aveyron, by Thierry Racinais and Jean-Marc Lacombe, to bring new management solutions to the furniture industry, in a rapidly evolving IT environment.
To complete its initial offer, the company moved closer in 2002 to the Canadian group 20-20 Technologies, a vendor of sales support software for the kitchen. After a period of association, and in order to pursue its strategic development objectives, SPI Software regained its independence in 2010.
Since its rebirth in start-up mode, SPI Software has focused its development on CRM, inspiration and configuration solutions, while continuing its ERP offering.
SPI Software invests heavily in Web technologies to offer a completely online experience to its customers, and to allow them to be constantly at the forefront of innovation!
Today, CRM StoreManager.online and Inspiration Viz360’s 100% Web solutions have become the reference in the kitchen and storage businesses.

That may seem like a premature postulate today, but it’s actually already a reality. It has become common place to want access to our data and applications at Any Time, AnyWhere, using Any Device, for Any Content. That’s “mobiquity” (mobility & ubiquity), or “ATAWADAC”.
The Cloud allows users to connect with their tools and data without constraint, in total security and from anywhere on the Internet.
The Cloud also enables a central management of users, access-rights, usage control, authentification, authorisation and auditing. Data management is simplified with inter-site data replication, centralised consolidation and reporting becomes more precise, coherent and globally relevant.
SPI Software proposes all of its management solutions in SaaS mode (Software as a Service). This “full web” mode allows secured access to information, from within a web browser, without the need for the installation of any software locally on users machines. There is no “minimum machine configuration” required and no longer the need to constantly upgrade PC hardware and operating systems. Moreover, everything is provided as a fixed-price “all-in-one” package, including Microsoft OS licenses and an antivirus solution. Back-ups are maintained in a perfectly secured environment and we look after all solution updates (incl. software and infrastructure), ensuring that the solution is always transparently up-to-date for the end user.

It’s usually the beginning of a new stage during which several complex processes are initiated : supplier orders, production planning, delivery to the consumer, installation, entry into service, with possible subsequent after sales incidents.
Several actors are going to have to synchronise their interventions and plan common actions together within the context of the client’s project. SPI Software solutions provide a valuable support to the store’s technical teams (surveyors, delivery and installation personell) by providing mobile software solutions to precisely these audiences.
